“I had the best four weeks at this amazing place while visiting Hilo for the month. Charmie, Jared and the rest of the crew welcomed me and instantly made me feel welcome. They created a space that had the perfect mix of intense physical training and a warm friendly vibe that kept me wanting more. This gym is truly welcoming to all and I enjoyed the diverse mix of wonderful human beings who worked out along side me and helped push and support my growth.
